I supervise a team of about 5-7 individuals in Charge Data/Cash Management.

Replenish the sales floor from any merchandise that was missing, Maintaining store merchandise to company standards, assisting customers and answering any questions through my knowledge about the product or products they are looking at or comparing, ensure that the customer has a positive yet memorable shopping experience in our "home", process the customers transaction at the checkout, and be sure to close the sale properly.

Process and record transactions for bank customers, Preparing cashiers check, money orders ,and travelers checks, Ordering bank cards for new and old customers, Counting large and small deposits into the bank, Answering inquiries about savings and checking accounts to new as well as returning customers as well as other bank related products, Explain and promote bank promotions and different services to customers, Balance all cash and checks in cash drawer at the end of every shift.

Monitored customers shopping buying patterns and made recommendations to management, Oversee the sales staff for all shifts including training, Maintaining to the denim wall to ensure that it is consistently full and to the company's standards of neatness and tidiness, Promote all the AE cards to the points card, to the credit and visa cards, Ensure that the customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience so they will come back and will be more likely to bring someone with them.
