Mallory Stokely is a Customer Success Manager for the Southeast Region of Rexel USA, servicing customers' needs in the Mid-Atlantic and Western North Carolina areas. She is passionate about working with her colleagues to help customers achieve their goals. Mallory started her career with Rexel doing Inside Sales work for residential customers in the Mid-Atlantic's Project Homes department. During her first full year with the company, she won the Region's Sylvania Lamp Attack grand prize for lighting sales. She has also held roles on Rexel's national Energy Team as a Lighting Rebate Specialist responsible for filing and maintaining lighting rebate programs for nine different utilities across the country, as a Customer Solutions Leader for the Southeast Region, and as a Marketing Specialist servicing the needs of Region's 70+ branch locations.Before beginning her career at Rexel, Mallory worked as a lobbyist in Washington, DC, representing city and county governments and non-profits nationwide. During this time, she also ran the company's internship program and worked as a certified grant writer.Over the past 15 years, Mallory has been involved with various personal and professional groups promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and education. She has facilitated both internal and external training programs.Mallory graduated from the University of Maryland and received her B.A. in English. She enjoys reading, gardening, fishing, rehabbing dilapidated houses, hiking, and discovering new vacation spots with her husband and two sons in her spare time.
