As the CHC Sustainability Manager, I contributed project management expertise to the development and implementation of technical assistance and training programs that supported health center workforce development. My responsibilities included developing, conducting, and analyzing needs assessments to support workforce-related needs at health centers. Additionally, in this role, I facilitated a peer group of health center HR leaders, provided resources and support to health center staff, and served as the primary interface between OPCA and workforce development partners.

Housing Options Scotland provides charity housing advice for disabled people, military veterans and older individuals to guide people through the complex process of buying or renting property. They provide information advice, and training on housing and disability issues to public, private, and voluntary organizations. As an intern, a few of my responsibilities included:- Respond to various consultations for policy and legislation that affect disabled people, older people and veterans- Assist with casework process for clients to own, rent, or adapt housing- Facilitate delivery and development of outreach programs

In this role, I worked with an associate professor to complete a paper regarding the effects of four-day school weeks on the maternal labor supply. The Office of Advocacy provides advice and guidance to students who have a dispute within the university.
