Works closely with the employed physicians and medical office managers of Marshall Medical Centers to help sustain the daily operations and success of the practices. • Strive to identify and implement best practices,• Supervise the administrative office manager/leaders of each physician practice, guiding and assisting them in managing their operations,• Meeting with and providing administrative support to physicians including operational, financial and planning aspects,• Facilitate employment of appropriate support staff in practices- both clerical and clinical,• Planning, managing and coordinating multiple physician related projects concurrently with a wide range of strategic and operational objectives,• Strive to establish a collaborative relationship between Physicians, Clinic Employees, and Executive Team members in order to foster a positive team environment and financial stability.

Perform a variety of registration, admission, public relations, financial, and medical service functions.Provides information and answers questions about consent of treatment, assignment of benefits, acceptance of financial responsibility, release of records, patient rights and responsibilities, and advanced directives.Maintain required written and electronic documentation including patient medical records, logs, and schedules.Determine appropriate documentation and form requirements based on medical and financial indicators.
