Led the company’s shift from high cost customer acquisition to lower cost online, mobile, omni channels and launched a data management platform for advanced analytics, programmatic marketing, online and offline media mix modeling, cross screen attribution and improved ROI measurement. Within one year, Sprint had become the fastest growing post-paid wireless brand with industry - leading growth in revenue per customer. Additionally, its Virgin Mobile pre-paid business had become the fastest growing online wireless brand. With dramatic improvement in marketing efficiency, Sprint OIBDA performance improved quarter over quarter and the company grew its market share even while displacing over 5 million customers as it de-commissioned its NEXTEL network an exited the NEXTEL business. With the turnaround, Sprint became one of the best performing S&P 500 stocks for 2012, attracting the investment of Tokyo-based, SoftBank Corporation, which announced in October, 2012 that it would purchase the majority of the company - a $21.6 billion transaction completed in July, 2013.
