working as automotive exterior/interior trims design and development design engineer at Mahindra and Mahindra limited on contract basis in Chennai location

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:-1.Feasibility study of given styling surfaces, checked the environmental part, Reference point system for the fixations & tooling direction.2. developing B & C side surface to make close volume as per design guideline.3. creating the technical features & interface for the technical feature as per the environmental data given the customer.4. creating the main parting lines & Slider/Lifter parting lines for the developed part.5. checking feasibility study, draft analysis, wall thickness analysis & quality check before delivery to the customer & interacting with Manager to solve the problem during project time. 6. maintaining the GAP & FLUSH as per the customer feedback

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-1. worked on CNC wood cutting machine(M/C-340 & M/c-240) design modification by using software UG NX9.2. worked on Boring head(BH-5, BH-10, BH-17, BH-18, BH-25 & BH-26) design modifications under the guidelines of technical team lead.3. Updating the drawing on updated parts as per previous revision reference part.
