CurrentMachine design, electronic troubleshooting, machine problem solving, supervision of Machine shop and maintenance. In my present position I have designed 3 high speed expanded metal presses up to 200 ton, Servo feed systems, automated machine controls for various types of machines, shears, an automated drilling machine, automated product feeders, touch screen programs, PLC programs, servo programs, flying punches, flying cutoffs, punch dies, CNC controls, extrusion downstream equipment (pullers, flying cutters, flying punches, etc.) as well as many other types of machines. I have also had experience overseeing Tool and Die/ CNC shop work, machine assembly and testing and Maintenance supervision. I have experience with plant machinery layouts also.
