Functions as Head of V&V:- Manage the V&V resources in order to ensure the product validation and commissioning in all the projects.- Organize, schedule, and monitor the execution of task assignments for the team.- Provide mentoring, direction, support and guidance on V&V and testing “best practices” to the team.- Contribute to improve the V&V process.- Develop new V&V strategies, methodologies and tools.- Identify areas for testing improvement through analysis, experience and use of metrics.- Promote the use of agile tool and methodologies for requirement specification, testing, reporting and bug tracking.- Deployment of a requirement engineering tool (IRQA Visure Solutions).

Functions as V&V Engineer (2009 – Aug 13):• Review requirements and design documentation.• Elaborate V&V plans.• Develop test cases and test protocol at system level:• Trace test cases to requirements to demonstrate completeness.• Execute System Testing and System Commissioning (at SEPSA SCI Factory and at Client’s Factory).• Code scripts for test case automation.• Detect / Report / Validate defects and non conformities.Functions as System Engineer (2007 – 2011):• Define the system architecture (drawings, Technical Specification, bidding).• Gather stakeholder needs and developing the System Specification Requirements.• Distribute requirement to sub-systems and requirement categorization.• Define the External System Interfaces.• Requirement Traceability.• V&V functions (System Testing, Integration and Commissioning).• Analyze and system faults and defects in order to determine root causes.
