Working at the intersection of education and industry to help young women and underrepresented students break into tech through the fields of AI and Machine Learning. As the Program Coordinator, I support our 260+ program participants at MIT, while working and learning alongside our national team through our Break Through Tech AI sites at Cornell, UCLA, and our virtual platform. I manage student communications, offer one on one support in career development, and coordinate our on-site and virtual events for our program participants. In order to expand our reach and offer our program to students coming from 30+ institutions, I’m working towards recruiting throughout the Greater Boston Area for our upcoming cohort.

As the Marketing Director for #ICANHELP I work towards driving revenue to enable our nonprofit to continue to create mental health and digital wellness curriculum. I manage all of our social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and our Instagram with over 10.3K followers while also overseeing a team of college marketing interns.

As the Lead Intern for #ICANHELP I oversee 9 Interns, 60 Specialists and over 150+ volunteers form 17 states and four countries. I walk alongside our Executive Director to maintain our student led initiative and speak about our organization at national and international events. In addition to my role as the Lead Intern I also am the Student Marketing Director. Through this position I promote our various webinars and curriculum, while managing our content across our social platforms.

As an Amazon Prime Student Campus Manager Team Lead, I work alongside our Account Managed and manage collaboration amongst 25+ content creators from various universities. Through our messaging platform I generate thought provoking conversations and internal questions to inspire my peers to collaborate and support one another. I also take the initiative to host “coffee chat” hours for our team to collaborate and celebrate our big and small individual and team wins.

As a Prime Student Campus Manager I have been able to interact with over 2,400 students a semester through engaging online and in person events. Throughout the course of each semester I create content on my social media to highlight Prime Student and build interest throughout our campus community. In addition to reporting to my Account Manager, I am able to collaborate with Prime Student Campus Managers from across the country to collaborate and share ideas when planning and executing events.

As a UNLV Rebel Recruiter in the Office of Admissions I work with prospective students to show them around our innovative university and help them along their application process. Being a current student, I am able to share my prospective on how the UNLV has created a positive impact on my life and provided me with the skills needed to be prepared for the workforce after graduation.
