Creating an app to gamify and incentivize more community service. We believe the potential impact of reviving communities in this way will have an exponential effect on lifting everyone out of poverty and the victim mentality and into abundance. Sought out this entry-level position to improve my data analytics abilities. For about 3 months in this position I pulled insights and the story from the data for my team to present to our clients. My role quickly developed into my more natural skill set which is owning the relationship with a few start-ups clients by creating the sales strategies to drive revenue growth on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and Walmart in-store businesses. Since my clients were small, identifying the most efficient ways to spend limited budget to attack the market while maintaining profitability and incremental growth was key.

Walmart account management and sales growth for 3 main clients: 1. GreatStar Tools (2nd Largest Manufacturer in China): I owned the Automotive Accessories and Jacks categories at Walmart which totaled $25.4M POS business in 2022. I worked directly with my Chinese counterpart to strategically create products that would fill holes in the market. My work resulted in 6 net new SKUs in average of 3,400 stores each which has a projected additional $2.2M in shipped inventory, and $5M+ in retail sales. I directed my replenishment manager, as well as my Walmart.com specialist where we increased walmart.com sales by 91% in 2022.2. Maker Brands (Brand new company with influencer Jimmy Diresta): Ran the launch of brand-new line of build-it-yourself toys into Walmart including creating product strategy, packaging design oversight, and managing overall product development. Created marketing and merchandizing strategy and presented plan to Walmart (after cold contacting the Walmart buyer initially) and received commits for 2 items in 926 stores and for 7 items on Walmart.com. Lead forecasting and launch of products while managing relationships and product with sponsor Titebond, manufacturer, warehouse, influencer, client, and Walmart buyer.3. Santo Remedio (Influencer Dr. Juan Rivera’s Supplement Brand. Hispanic OTC Category): Managed $5.1M business in 2022. Increased sales by 24%. Leveraged data and insights to develop marketing and merchandising initiatives. Successfully expanded store count by 1,480 for 3 SKU’s and a successful launch of a new brand into Walmart.

Door to door sales and self-generated and closed $105,850 in new annual reoccurring pest control contracts in 4 months.

I found Emma McAdam as I was working on a startup in the mental health space. She is one of the first therapist Youtubers who's channel "Therapy in a Nutshell" is teaching emotional resilience principles to hundreds of thousands via video. I utilized my animation and visual design background to help her with her videos, re-create her logo, and learn a bit more about the challenges in the mental health industry.

Created and implemented internet advertising strategies for 10 clients. Ran monthly ad budgets for effective Google Adwords and Facebook ads. Including setting up advertising from scratch and A/B testing for improved ROAS.
