I was responsible for patient care. I helped with every day activities, such as assisting with eating, dressing, bathing, ambulation. I was also responsible with any tasks the nurse assigned to me, such as taking vital signs.

I was responsible for assisting my residents in every day activities. I helped them to the bathroom, eat, walk, bathe, or just to lend a helping hand with smaller tasks, like locating a misplaced object in their room.
