I believe that any success, that I have is because of the hard work and dedication of the team I work with. I am a passionate and experienced instructional leader with over 10 years of experience. I have a strong belief in restorative practices, trauma-informed care, and using logical consequences for discipline. I have exceptional written and communication skills, as well as high accountability systems so that all students achieve their highest potential. Additionally, to balance the needs of my teachers, school administrators, and, most importantly, students, I implement strong time management, strong organizational systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. I also have the unique perspective of working with teachers and students at all levels from primary to middle school.My experience has allowed me to develop both the expertise and the relationship-building skills that it takes to be a principal who is truly an instructional leader.
