I led the development and execution of a regional sales and marketing strategy that delivers a sustainable, profitable sales growth in line with the organization’s longer term vision. As an HOD, my role was to direct, motivate and manage a diverse sales team in achieving its strategy in providing clothing manufacturing solutions. The core clientele includes several trade unions and affiliates. This division also services TCI’s retail partner WearSouthAfrica which manages brands including #Magents and #BlueCollarWhiteCollar.

A Strato Group manufacturing subsidiary, StyleKontrol opened its doors to designers as well as corporates for manufacturing (CMT), supplying t-shirts, promotional and corporate clothing. We also provided in-house garment digital printing and embroidery solutions to the public, nationally.
