Papyrus - A leading provider of printing and creative solutions in Continental Europe To support the business the question rose if Papyrus shouldn't make her Environmental managementsystem more visible within the organisation and perhaps also get it certified according to ISO14001.During my graduation I have done a baseline measurement about the implementation of the ISO14001 certificate.Core tasks: conduct interviews, make a plan, plan meetings, write report and minutes and make calculations.As a result of my thesis I have done the implementation of the ISO14001 certificate at Papyrus Group Netherlands. Within five months this implementation was completed and Papyrus Group Netherlands is working with a visible environmental managementsystem.Core tasks: coordinating the project, develop a strategy for the management system, create a plan, plan meetings, write documentation, ask for offers , conduct trainings and have brainstorm sessions

As intern at Liandon I did a research about the stockpile of Liandon and I did an risk analysis.Goal was to get insight how to proceed with the failure stock, which only is used when there is a power or gas defect on pipelines or electrical wires. Some stock hadn't been used for more then twenty years, but it still was necessary to keep this. Together with someone from the department continuous improvement we got insight in the processes and improved them.The risk analysis had to show which risks were possible at the stockpile and which risks so be monitored by Business control as they could have a sever impact.

Elementary Het Talent works since the foundation (2001) according to her own eductional concept, the central point of attention is the pupil and the assumption is that there is known inequality. At this school I worked as an administrative officer, firstly part time, later on as a side job.Core tasks: support the management, communication between school and parents, pupils and others, create the newsletter, other tasks to support the core business.
