As Client Executive I am responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. My job is to ensure that customers are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Ultimately a customer should be able to well use their application.This role is very well suiting my skills, I am professional and organised, analytical and insightful in customer relations, trustworthy and independent. All skills that customer appreciate while establishing and improving our relationship.Furthermore, I see myself as a professional, ambitious, loyal person that loves doing their job in a friendly manner with a sense of humour and eagerness. I like being the spider in the web that can connect all stakeholders and steer them towards the same goal. The one thing I love about this job is the interactions with many stakeholders such as operations managers, planners, CIO’s, Managing directors, consultants at our customers. All with their own perspective and interest but one shared goal and that is to optimize cost, effectiveness and satisfaction.But combining that with our internal stakeholders as developers, consultants, management and project management.
