Learning Associate; Edtech Sales
Current● Support the Sales Region in attaining yearly sales goals through Digital Activations and Net Sales.● Conduct online one on one meetings with instructors & professors; training on the use of Cengage online platforms, integrating our digital products with the college or university's Learning Management System. ● Assist the Sales team in leveraging Cengage content, customers and services while driving salesand growth; including coverage of open territories.● Coordinate and implement strategies with leadership and sales team to achieve district sales goals.● Move opportunities through the pipeline/Salesforce to ensure adoptions get the necessary support tosuccessfully implement digital usage.● Invest time in special projects in the district such as: assisting with auditing institutional business, creating documents to show savings & value through Cengage products/services, cross-referencing through internal systems to ensure accurate & satisfactory consumer content & launching.●Assist in launching digital content with K-12 dual enrollment high school teachers and the affiliated college/university.● React to needs and projects of leadership team using time management skills & appropriate prioritization.
