Assist in the development of airport marketing and advertising strategies. Organize, coordinate, and administer marketing and advertising programs consistent with strategic goals and within available budget. Coordinate the airport’s marketing communications programs to include informational and community relations materials, news releases, public notices, etc. as related to stakeholders, tenants and various publics.Manage and coordinate with various advertisers and vendors to gather information for the purpose of developing effective marketing strategies within budget; work with advertising firms and vendors to ensure deadlines are met and invoicing is accurate, and negotiate make-goods as necessary; monitor expenditures.

As a baggage service agent we are responsible on scanning the containers and offloading the baggage. We monitor all the flights and ensure that all activities are carried out as per the various airline requirements. we are also reporting those bags with damages and open bags. We locate those bags which transfers and specially with the lost bags. In addition, we make sure that all bags are secured and the passengers will claim their bags.  •Ensure on-time-performance (OTP) of flights are maintained. •Monitor and motivate the performance and productivity of the team •Maintain regular co-ordination and communication with the supervisors on the shift to ensure that all activities are synchronized, adequately covered,  •Baggage segregation, transfer baggage facility , arrival baggage , lost and found  •Arranging and assigning sufficient number of ULD’s for allocated flights. •Monitor screening of all baggage to ensure only authorized bags are forwarded to aircraft for loading

Assisting with promotional events at the four seasons hotel to promote company's products
 through social media. also worked with social media celebrities to create a social media ad for the Ramadan's 2015 campaign.
