I was initially drawn to computer science because of the unique ways I could solve problems with it. Each project from school was like a logic puzzle that I could solve in a unique and creative way by getting the code just right. It's for that same reason I found AI and machine learning so fascinating because it taught me new ways to solve problems and widened the scope of problems I could solve. My most memorable project by far is my robotics project endearingly named "Marty". It challenged me in a way beyond just code and I felt great pride in seeing my efforts physically come to fruition. Computer security has become a new interest for me because I am learning how to solve new problems that I did not even know existed! The knowledge gained in this field has done nothing but expand my understanding of the current systems of the world and how to use them. I consider everything I've learned to be valuable and I cannot wait to move forward and use it to solve real issues.
