Responsible for designing, provisioning and Managing IT Networks, and Network-based solutions such as Voice over IP & Physical Security Systems.Acting as Senior Manager of IT Service Management.IT P3O to provide governance over internal and External IT projects, including performance monitoring and QA overall IT Services. (Facilitates the successful and consistent use of project management practices for IT projects):o Internal IT projects.o Interact with Business Projects.By providing the following: Standardizing the toolset that is used to manage the projects.  Growing the project management community in the skill sets required to manage projects successfully.  Standardizing reporting, ensuring that information shared is delivered in a consistent and standardized fashion.

- Leading a team of Engineers, administrative & technical staff, Covering and controlling four Sections:1- Infrastructure Network.2- Telecommunication Service.3- Security Systems. 4- Office Automation.- Managing the internal & hosted network infrastructure including: Routers, Firewalls, switches, WLAN, VPN, IP-telephony, Servers and Security Systems such as IP-Surveillance System.- Strengthening the IT infrastructure through updating, upgrading and migrating the current infrastructure to implementing new technologies.- Performing routine audits of systems and software.- Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software required.- Developing & maintaining the company IT Infrastructure, Communications System & Security Systems. - To evaluate, test, advise, train and support I.T. related projects.- Responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff. - Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies. - Reporting to the IT Director & Chief Executive. - Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services. - Writing documentation for IT procedures and Policy.- Maintaining documentation of changes regarding Infrastructure, users, functions & systems.

Supervision of four subsections:1-Infrastructure Network: LAN, WAN & WLAN with related equipment: (Routers, Switches, Firewall & Access point Controllers) of multiple brands: (Cisco, Nortel, Juniper & Aruba) 2-Telecommunication Service: PBX, VoIP with related equipment: (Call manger, Massaging System) of multiple brands: ( AVAYA, Cisco).3-Security Systems: IP Surveillance Camera & Access Control System of multiple brands: (PELCO, APOLLO)4-Office Automation: Conference Systems, Printers Systems & IT procurements.

1. Provide Tier 2 Support to Network Engineers.2. Responsible for the maintenance, implementation and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Security/VPN and Wireless infrastructure. In particular, the following will be handled:• Configuration and maintenance of Core/Access switches for expansion and additional services on the local area network. • Implementation of network security through maintenance of Enterprise firewall configuration on the network perimeter and Configuration/upgrade of the Intrusion Detection/Prevention System (IDP). • Configuration of Virtual Private Network (VPN) site-to-site and Secure Sockets Layer Virtual Private Network (SSL VPN) Client -to-Site. • Implementation Wireless Services by Configuration of Wireless Controller System and Wireless Access Points for new SSID with appropriate authentication. • Ensure proper configuration of the internet edge routers for migration/adding ISP links and implementing additional services like QoS and BGP.• Configuration and maintenance of the Data Center Switches and its Firewall Switch Module for the connection to the Server farm. • Maintenance of optimal routes in the network using OSPF and BGP. 3. Handle scheduled hardware and software upgrades and maintenance as needed.4. Monitor network health and statistics.5. Evaluate and deploy emerging Network technologies.6. Documentation of all high level Security and Network Implementation.7. Provide input to management on the benefit and impact of additional, modification, or changes to standards i.e. (Software upgrade and new equipments etc).8. Designing/Configuration/Implementation of AEC customizes Services such as Video Conference system and IP Telephony System.
