As Head of IT Infrastructure for Wirecard AG I led the planning, design, and implementation of the company's IT infrastructure in Russia. In this role, I oversaw a team of experts responsible for building the entire IT infrastructure from scratch, including servers, networking, security, and other essential components.One of my major achievements during this period was spearheading the implementation of a Card Processing Solution for the new office. This involved identifying and evaluating potential solutions, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the implementation process. This solution enabled the company to securely process payment transactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

As one of the co-founders of Usedesk, I played a key role in developing a successful SaaS platform for customer service in the Russian market. We built the company from the ground up, taking it from a mere concept to a fully-functional and profitable SAAS solution.During my time with the company, I was heavily involved in every stage of the product development process, from ideation and strategy to design and implementation. We created an innovative and user-friendly platform that could compete with other well-established SaaS solutions in the market.I was able to sell my 40% share in the company to the Internet Initiatives Development Fund in Russia. Since then, the company has continued to grow a with a current market value that exceeds $10M. Today, Usedesk is one of the biggest SaaS helpdesk solutions in the Russian market, serving numerous customers with its state-of-the-art features and services.
