I was the first point of contact for the Psychology department. I helped people get where they need to go. I was responsible for scheduling academic spaces (classrooms, conference rooms, etc...), maintaining departmental files in a secure manner, making sure building maintenance requests are addressed, and developed a blog to improve our communication with the Psychology majors as well as prospective majors.
