About Mustafa Altindag, Ed.D.

I am an Area Superintendent at Harmony Public Schools, a network of public charter schools in Texas that serves over 40,000 students from diverse backgrounds and communities. I have a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as a Superintendent Certification and a Principal Certification from the Texas Education Agency.For more than 17 years, I have been serving children, teens, and adult learners in various roles, from math teacher to school administrator to area superintendent. My mission is to make the lives of others better through quality education, regardless of the position, place, or time. I lead seven high-performing schools, supervising academics and school culture, and working with school principals and deans to create the most welcoming, supportive, and challenging learning environment for our students and staff. I also contribute to the staff development, teacher training, and curriculum design of the organization, leveraging my skills in educational leadership, instruction, and innovation.
