I have over 15+ years of experience working in the IT field supporting the Department of Defense dental community. I got my start by providing direct support to the dental clinics at Fort Bragg as an IT helpdesk tech where I then moved up to support the Army dental enterprise. That morphed into providing support to the tri-service community. Using my experience and knowledge I have developed workflows and solutions to enhance the dental capabilities across the enterprise both in the garrison and in the deployed theater. Developing procedures and standards to enable dental providers to have the tools needed to provide the best care to the warfighter while at home or on the battlefield. Using my cyber security background I have worked with the DoD and vendors in ensuring the highest security while maintaining interoperability.
