I lead the operations unit responsible for ensuring efficient operations and procedures as well as adequate facilities and support services. It is also responsible for developing employee knowledge regarding operational risks management. I managed and coached the team members; and, ensured optimal deployment of people and resources within the team.

As chair, I functioned as the main interlocutor between the Managing Director and the Works Council. During my two terms as chair, I ensured a professional and respectful collaboration with the Management. I honed the skills of the WoCo members to be equal partners in consultations and negotiations and facilitated the growth of the team to a higher level of professional maturity.

The capacity building programme of Oikocredit assists its partners to acquire new skills, technology and access to markets, and strengthens their governance and management in financial and social performance. My main responsibilities included, among others, the programme administration and operations; management of the CB monitoring database; liaison with SPCB regional officers and other units, and showcasing and reporting on CB activities and projects.

Babaylan was established by Philippine women's groups and women's desks in Europe in 1992. It is a response to a long felt need of Filipinas living and working in Europe to link together and forge unity to improve their situation, address specific issues affecting women. It seeks to develop an effective and liberating support system for Filipinas. It has a network in 10 European countries.

EFF is a space for discussions on how to re-politicize the feminist movement in Europe and to explore feminist agendas needed in today’s Europe. The forum is committed to fostering an open and diverse dialog among European feminist and to creating a space for feminist to come together, meet each other and bring about change in Europe.

SMS is an organisation set up by refugee and migrant organisations in the Netherlands. Its objective is to contribute to an optimum level of integration and socio-economic participation of refugees and other new Nederlanders in the Dutch society.
