Laboratory Test Controller 2014-presentSigma Corporation / Omega Heat Pump, 3325 A Orlando Drive. Mississauga, Ontario, L4V 1C5Responsible for performing research and development of new product line, testing, recording and documenting of existing Sigma and Omega HVAC products. Other responsibilities include, but not limited:• CFM/Torque testing and programming of motors according to the requirements.• Testing, fixing and troubleshooting of PCB boards for HVAC units.• Psychometric Testing of units in a chamber for overall working, efficiency, controlling sub cooling, sub heat and making unit more efficient.• Troubleshooting machinery electronic parts and repairing them for their proper working. • Testing of HRP, Force Flow, Energy Recovery Units to meet CSA and ESA Laws.• Working with electrical wiring schematics, reading blueprints, assembly drawings and problem solving to assemble mockup units in a timely manner. • Using ECM toolbox, Universal Control Board for programming motors to control speed/torque/airflow.• Testing Energy Recovery Units, HRP units wirelessly through network protocols for their proper working at job sites. • Working with Danfoss PLC drive for its wiring for Greenhouse units.
