I recovered my position from my previous period. Additionally, my competencies and responsibilities were extended:- Definition of the industrialization process (tools, means ...).- Suppliers dealings- Feasibility studies.- Follow-up and release of independent workstations.- Tooling design with CATIA V5- Injection mold documentation management.- Participation in 8D.- Drafting of documentation such as FMEA, TPM or Work Instructions.- Continuous improvement

This summer I was selected internally to do a substitution for holydays. I moved into finishes plant for administration tasks. Using an ERP tool (SAP ERP) I did many tasks own of Human Resources such personal control or request management. I also used this ERP both to calculate the OEE of the plant and to control of scrap.

I followed up my vocational training as a Process Engineer Internship in KOSTAL Eléctrica. Kostal is an interior switches provider for several automotive brands. My contribution was focused on finishing surfaces.Here I grew up in the field of paint and laser marking. Main tasks done here were:- Project follow up until release.- Development of work instructions documents and packaging guidelines for new project components.- Set ups and analysis of tests for either painting and laser marking.- Study of the behaviour and setting paint process to adapt customer demands. - Deepen into laser marking knowledge for the correct fulfilment of each customer’s tight tolerances.- Layout design of finishes plant.

I began in Nifco Spain as a Verifier in Quality department in the automotive sector. Nifco manufactures several components for many automotive brands using injection process and simple assemblies.This experience gave me a great knowledge in the field of the main polymer injection defects, attribute sheets, stadistic control graphics, FMEA, SPC and 8D's.
