Role and Responsibilities As Sr Executive Recruitment and Team Lead:•Handling the responsibilities of Account Manager and Team Leader along with recruitments.•Managing the full life cycle recruitment process including: posting jobs, mass mailing , candidate sourcing, screening, reference checking, candidates interviews, salary negotiations, closing & follow up across Middle and Senior levels of management.•Interacting with the prospective clients, holding discussions, understanding the clients requirements in respect of the candidate’s profile, job description, salary payable and dates of recruitment.•Handling Team of 5 Members, responsible for their training, allocation of To Do’s , uploading profiles on RAPID, filling the client fitment synopsis, reviewing, quality checks, issue handling, corrective action, motivating and monitoring them for better performance for achieving targets within timeliness.•Setting Monthly and Quarterly targets with deadlines.•Maintain recruitment Tracker and Evaluation Reports.
