This was typically a part of the recruitment process. Phone Screenings, conducted initial phone screenings with potential candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with the job requirements.Asked pre-determined questions to gauge candidates' communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit. Providing Information, shared essential information with candidates, such as details about the company, the job role, and the interview process.By getting into employee engagement, I made calls to each and every candidate and documented information gathered during phone screenings and ensured that candidate records were accurate and up-to-date.
