Position: Project Lead for Integrated Management System ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 Implementation and CertificationResponsibilities:1. Coordinate Project Implementation: • Collaborate with ISO consultants to ensure seamless project coordination. • Plan and execute tasks in accordance with ISO requirements.2. Training Planning and Execution: • Develop training plans for personnel involved in the international management system implementation. • Facilitate training sessions for effective system adoption.3. Documentation Management: • Develop, review, and publish required documentation, including policies, objectives, manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records. • Coordinate with department managers for the development of department-specific documentation to meet ISO requirements.4. Risk and Impact Assessments: • Establish safety and health risk assessments, environmental aspect and impact assessments. • Review, train, communicate, suggest, and implement controls to mitigate risks. • Regularly assess and review the effectiveness of implemented controls.5. System Implementation: • Oversee the full implementation of the integrated management system at all work/project sites.6. Internal Audits and Management Review: • Lead the internal audit plan and execution. • Compile audit outcomes and lead management reviews.7. Preventive and Corrective Actions: • Follow up on preventive and corrective actions to address identified issues.8. Certification Body Interaction: • Follow up on audit visits and outcomes by the certification body.Successfully obtained Integrated Management System (IMS) ISO certification for SAMIROCK Ltd. by 9th May 2024.

Manufacturing Engineer at Marine DepartmentLocation: Western Geco Penang Product Center (WPPC)Product and Process Responsibilities of Marine seismic receivers and adapters.Task carried:- Plan, design and set up Manufacturing PROCESSES of each product. - SET UP PROCESS steps with key quality checks and safety requirements. Making SOP and publishing on the shop floor. - Perform RISK and HAZARD analysis. Setting up mitigation and prevention measures. - Lead Product transfer projects from Bergen, Norway and New product introduction (NPI).- Lead on various product FIELD FAILURE INVESTIGATION based on 8D problem solving tool. Implement prevention of failures from reoccurring. Communicating to customer/clients and Dealing with supplier. - Working with electrical engineers and mechanical engineers for product manufacturability (DFM) and improvement projects in ENGINEERING department. - Product Quality Control Plan (QCP) setup.- Process and Product FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).- Manufacturing Equipment and tools SOURCING.- Setup preventive MAINTENANCE plan of tools and equipment. - Product BOM structure setup. Working together with Planners and Procurement to setup BOM in the most efficient manner (KANBAN or Inventory parts, Batch or single unit)- Perform monthly internal quality AUDIT.- Verify and approve REPAIR process steps and part replacement for repair units returning from field. - Weekly QUALITY performance tracking and improvement implementations. - Assist in setup, development and verification of TEST EQUIPMENT with test engineers. - TROUBLESHOOT and solve daily product or process failures. - Lead process improvement projects through QIP, LEAN Six Sigma implementation and KAIZEN.- TRAINING and qualification of manufacturing specialist.
