Posted at Galaxy Global Group of Institutions near Ambala to manage all IT related jobs in the college. For example, managing team of five people, planning of LAN, wifi, online UPS & intercom and its implementation. Planning for CCTV installation. Coordination for implementation of ERP. Asset Management, maintaining record of computers complaints. Providing management and seniors with various MIS reports.

Technical support to dealers. Installation of broadband and wireless products. Assisting Technical Support Team in new projects and services after installation. Technical training to team members to enhance their scope of work. Technical training on various D-Link products to technical people of dealers. Demo of various D-link products (L2/L3 Switches, Wireless, Broadband, IP Surveillance etc).To provide replacement/repair of in-warranty products to dealers and customers.

Coordination of “CERES Project” with all other departments. Updating of ‘Action Plan’ and ‘Sole list of Problems’ for the Project. Coordination & correspondence with Renault AGRI (France), vendor & dealers. Minutes of meeting of all Project meetings. Costing of Proto-type tractors and monitoring of cost reduction plan.
