I was responsible for growth and further development of Accountancy & Finance practice at Sigmar and took over Office Support & Administration recruitment team.Was managing directly nearly 20 specialized recruiters between 2 very different business areas and led both to expansion based on overachieving revenue targets.While at it I project managed several Recruitment Excellence and Graduate Recruitment programs for the group, centralized Internal Recruitment function and set up Learning and Development function for Sigmar Recruitment.I also set up Occupational Psychometric area both internally and for Clients as a part of integrated selection solutions.Sigmar Recruitment are proud winners of “Best Large Recruitment Agency 2013/2014” for the second year in a row and “Technical and Engineering Team” at the National Recruitment Federation Awards. I built, developed and managed Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Team within Sigmar Recruitment. Under my leadership it became one of the most important contributors to Sigmar's growth and highest performing divisions, twice being recognized as “Best in Practice – Accountancy & Finance Recruitment team of the Year” by National Recruitment Federation.Through economic boom and bust and back to prosperity I led 12 people strong team consisting of fully trained consultants specilaising in permanent, contract and temporary recruitment in Accountancy and Finance area within Industry & Commerce, Financial Services, Professional Services & Consulting ( Audit, Tax, Corporate Finance, Transformation).I loved every minute of it :)We represented key multinational and domestic employers on Irish market as well as advised numerous candidates with regards to their careers.I started at Sigmar Recruitment in 2005 after relocating from Poland.
