I believe that you rise when you lift others. As the CEO of Nitzan, my main goal is to change the way learning disabilities are perceived by society. For this purpose, I have developed the Emotional Cognitive Coaching (E.C.C) method which aims to provide support to parents of children with learning disabilities. My career was always focused in educating others to create a caring community that embraces what is different and unique in each learner: started as an educational counselor, went on to become a high-school principal and then went on to establish the Learning Disabilities Unit at the Ministry of Education. I have obtained my PhD in Education from the Haifa University and served as a lecturer in the master's degree program for Learning Disabilities at the university. My doctoral thesis investigated how to best provide emotional support to parents of children with learning disabilities. Based on that work I had published several articles that demonstrated the proven efficiency of the method, spoke in numerous conferences worldwide, conducted Several seminars and training programs and wrote “Coach Your Child to Success”, which serves as the textbook for professionals studying this unique method.
