Bazaarvoice is a large company that employs more than 120 highly qualified engineers in Ukraine alone and has such economical giants as its clients as Walmart, BestBuy, Adidas, Nike, Samsung and others.My job required communicating with end clients of Bazaarvoice on a daily basis and fulling their requests such as design changes, enabling/disabling features and other support related tasks.While working as a TSE I also completed a training for the TSM (Technical Support Manager) position and substituted my colleagues a couple of times. This position is more oriented on analytical work and has even more communication with the end clients and their dev teams.Also, I helped organize training calls for SoftServe engineers which simulated real life engineer to dev team calls with the end clients.
