AGI Construction Site Lead, LOT 2. Above ground installation - full range of construction activity.

- Management of the structural division of 36 people, 3 structural subdivisions: construction, commissioning and start-up and CUI projects (Corrosion Under Insulation).- Preparation and Execution of capital construction projects, supervision of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on onshore and offshore facilities by contractors. Construction and renovation activities at onshore (pump/compression stations, pipelines, LNG plant, OPF (Onshore Processing Facilities) and offshore facilities (three offshore platforms).- Supervision and management of construction contractors and contractors for prefabrication (pipe spools, metal structures, etc.) (a total of 300-400 personnel).- Interaction with other departments – Production department, Technical directorate (drilling, production customers of works), planning and estimation departments, procurement department, HSES department, logistics department.- Interaction with project engineering contractor, discipline engineers for project preparation and development, as-built documentation, construction documents, mechanical completion certificates, and other required documentation.- Main Projects:Onshore: Early work phase of OPF Compression project with more than 120 machinery and 400 personnel involvement, budget exceeding 60 mln USD;Offshore: Sea platform Moliqpak’s Rig refurbishment (above 100 mln USD), multiple flow lines, tanks and other equipment’s repair. Onshore – three Gas distribution points (Sakhalin gasification program), 30” valves replacement, Corrosion under insulation at OPF and LNG plant and others.

- Site preparation in amount of 600+ thousands of m3 of soil. Concrete basements for further heavy equipment, concrete piles (CFA method) installation. Road, drainages, concrete plant, site offices installation.- Construction, refurbishment of an 800-bed housing camp and infrastructure facilities (10 kV power cable, rectifiers, water treatment, sewage treatment facilities.- Mobilisation of contractors and subcontractors, pre-mobilisation audits of contractors, monitoring of execution progress, effectiveness improvement, Goal Zero strategy implementation, supporting high level of HSSE, above 300 contracting personnel, more than 120 pcs of heavy machinery.

- Phase 3 development of Kharyaga oil field.- Carried out RSES-Delegate role (Responsible person for Safety and Environment of site).- Organisation and execution of construction works on site with high level of safety, coordinationbetween construction, commissioning, engineering, quality control, HSSE and department of Operation (during brownfield activities).- Construction and development of oil production sites (remote pads), field pipelines to the Central Oil Processing facility (OPF) including Kolva River crossing, construction of production facilities, installation of processing equipment and export gas pipeline.

- Phase 3 development of Kharyaga field including early production. Construction team formation, solving technical issues with engineering team, pipelines construction, power supply and distribution systems, instrumentation and control equipment installation, general construction works, health and environment activity control, project planning and progress reporting.- Provision of earth works, road construction to remote pads.

During 28" trunk gas pipeline installation at Kovykta project, responsible for CP (cathodic protection) and FOC (fiber optic cable) installation, design check for correct subcontractor’s design understanding and implementation, with compliance to Russian codes and standards. Short period of planning engineer replacing for schedule and reports update.
