1.Organizing functions affiliated with procurement records efficiently to ensure that the bills of the company are certified and paid promptly.2.Organize accounting tasks which will include management of general ledger, record books, accounts payable journals, and others.3.Handle monthly company payroll Records, including staff benefits, staff loans, insurances.4.Responsible for the bank reconciliation in the part of accounts payable, Salaries, commissions, Bonuses, Indemnities & Leaves.5.Regulate monthly closing of financial documents, Monthly financial reporting – preparation and analysis of Monthly Financials.6.Variance Analysis reports on monthly basis.7.Support in annual planning & budgeting, Capex investment feasibility studies, and pricing.8.Review the budget submitted by the departments.9.Preparing weekly sales report with comparison vs budget & last year by each principle.10.Allocation of indirect cost as per sales turnover.11.Finance cost allocation to individual principle, based on Working capital.12.Provide all departments with historical financial reports needed to prepare the budget.13.Receive analysis reports from the seniors and make PPT presentations to explain the analysis results by way of charts and pie diagrams.14.Assist auditors to finalize the accounts & Other duties as assigned by the management.

1.Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.2.Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.3.Maintain the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.4.Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's financial systems.5.Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.6.Mange the fixed assets register of the organization.7.Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.8.Supervise the general ledger to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.9.Control accounts reconciliations to ensure the balances reported in the financial statements are complete and accurate.10.Ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year end close.11.Preparation of the financials and Monthly reports.12.Responds to inquiries from the General Manager, the Group CFO and Accounting Manager, Group Controller and other managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.13.Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data held within the finance systems and the security of the related data entry processes.14.Other duties as needed.

1.Creation of Journals, Invoice Booking, Vendor Statement Reconciliations.2.Retrieval of reports from the accounting system.3.Making both cash and cheque payments to the suppliers. 4.Management of the petty cash. And petty cash reconciliation.5.Handling Accounts statements of the clients and their payments.6.Prepare monthly prepaid expenses and booking the accruals. 7.Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and charging the bank expenses.8.Assisting the team in monthly and yearly accounts closing.9.Assisting the team into yearly stock count.10.Maintained accuracy and completeness of the reports. 11.Other duties as assigned.
