Choir Director
Current-Lead and direct the choir program for middle and co-directed high school students, fostering a love for music and vocal performance.-Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate vocal techniques, music theory, and performance skills, tailored to diverse student needs.-Conduct auditions, organize rehearsals, and coordinate performances, ensuring all students have the opportunity to grow and showcase their talents.-Utilize technology to enhance learning, including music software for composition and virtual platforms for remote instruction.-Manage budgets, coordinate logistics for events, and maintain equipment, demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills.-Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to promote the choir program and foster a supportive learning environment.-Mentor and coach students, fostering leadership skills, teamwork, and confidence both in and out of the classroom.-Analyze performance data and student progress to continually adapt and improve teaching strategies.
