Velskov is a natural forest farm in New Zealand, where we grow food regeneratively within a biodiverse native forest outside Auckland. Our approach to forest farming embodies sustainable agroforestry and ecosystem restoration, all without harvesting trees for timber while investing in weed and predator control systems.

Through collective action and with a landscape-scale approach, we aim to make the WRHA (27,000 ha) pest-free by uniting existing and new groups wanting to contribute to biodiversity restoration and the Pest Free 2050 goals.

Achievements+ Business Innovation Culture is the original inventor of the ICAT, the first diagnostic tool for measuring business innovation culture in Asia. + We also invented ICONs, a method to classify and understand the different personalities needed for a successful innovation process and the SEEDtime® Methodology for Growing Original Ideas. + Organised successful Innovation Round Table events for up to 75 CEOs in partnership with UBS Bank and Singapore Management University. + Built an extensive innovation network of 600+CEOs/MD and pioneering business leaders that are changing their companies and industries for a better tomorrow.

I'm also in charge of curating our speaker's programs and new project ideas. Style-Vision is a start-up by four female co-founders specializing in trend forecasting, consumer insights, and design trends. Our services encompass full-service consulting for product innovation and creative branding. My role was to create the Style-Vision Round Tables (an exclusive group of design directors of leading brands, creative agencies, and academic thinkers to share business and consumer trends) and the Mood Consumption theory, as well as new business development. Montebello is a world-leading denim design and manufacturer in Italy with a global client list.My role was area management of local agents, coordination of sales to fashion and luxury brands, and new product ideas.

Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. My role was to ideate and lead new innovation projects, reporting the CEO of Diesel Hong Kong.Achievements:+ A market research on the retail strategy presented to the global CEO+ Initiated, designed, and implemented the Asian IT system for Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality Control.

Sunbeam Children's Foundation Limited is a non-profit and was founded to provide assistance to children requiring temporary or long-term housing in order to attend an educational facility and to provide care for orphans and children of special needs in China.My role was to design and manage fundraising events, as well as set up a network of volunteers.

St. Martins (later Metropol) was a fashion start-up in Aarhus, Denmark by Tommy Hyldahl and Steen Thygesen.My role was the marketing design of our fashion brands, working with PR contacts, and handling Fashion Fair participation.
