New approach to quantify and predict your success in NEGOCIATION, LEADERSHIP, STRATEGY and INNOVATION.

Based on the Ergonomics of Performance, I created the quantified approach in NEGOCIATION, to achieve excellent results in the upstream phase, in terms of estimating the stakes and determining the scenarios.My students are then ready to prepare for any type of negotiation, in their future work.

Leadership, Negociation & Strategy need to be more and more reinvented due to our VUCA world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity).I developped the concept of "Ergonomy of Performance" to bring another point of view on these "well known" feelds in order to improve their impact on people and organizations.My students (and partners) have new tools to enhance their capabilities in Leadership, Negociation and Strategy

Creating a differentiated value via modeling to accelerate our customers' growth, by reducing time-to-market process. Performing numerical analysis of existing and new designs to meet product performance and customers' requirements across all product lines. I have been selected by the Chairman's Club for the third quarter Pinnacle Award (2018). Pinnacle Award winners go beyond established procedures and processes to deliver positive results and solve customer challenges, with high business impact for the company.

Working on various projects, I was in charge of stress analysis and structural engineering of a wide range of nuclear components regarding static and sismic behavior.

After implementing the multi-scale simulation methodology of short and continuous fibers composites in the company (Arkema), I trained the team and I set up the process to support our commercial customers.

-Working on probabilistic approach of thermoplastic materials assemblies by laser welding-Providing numerical and experimental investigations on laser welded composites-Developing a numerical model able to make direct forecast on assemblies’ behavior. -Involving in a material research laboratory (multicultural environment).-International lectures about research’s results (ICALEO (International Congress on Applications of Lasers & Electro–Optics, USA 2011), ICCM (International Conference on Material Modeling, Paris 2011).

-Studying the creep behavior of a thermoplastic composite, by numerical and experimental investigations. -Determining Norton model’s parameters to be able to predict the creep behavior of any part of the studied material. -Involving in a material research laboratory (multicultural environment).

-Studying the characterization and the numerical simulation of the cutting force of buckled sheet.
