Revit Documentor of Educational and Commercial projects

• Create concept drawing of residence as per Clients requirements and sketch from the Architect using AutoCAD & Revit .• Coordinate the project with City Council, Suburb Design Reviewer & Energy Efficiency • Do the Construction Drawing and coordinate with Engineer for approval.• Transform AutoCAD drawing into 3D drawings.• Reviewing information for completeness and accuracy.• Prepare assembly and detail drawings on the basis of the information provided.• Makes necessary calculations for drawing development.• Maintains knowledge of Company standards and incorporate into engr. design.• Communication with Clients via face to face, email and telephone methods.

• Provide Architectural/Structural drafting support to senior engineer and assist project manager in the coordination of drawings• Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.• Coordinate structural, electrical and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation in order to graphically represent building plans.• Provide presentation drawings for construction tender documents.• Provide BIM Model to visualize construction.

• Architectural, interior and design utilizing computer-aided design equipment and/or manual tools• Plans, lays outs, draws, and revises part, assembly, and installation engineering drawings from basic layouts, established references, notes and discussions with engineers and standard data.• Determines scaling required; inserts necessary reference plans, centering and dimension lines, hidden line interpolations, and sectioning;.• Prepares specifications for parts assemblies, and installations, complete production detail drawings; contributes design modifications to improve quality of product or facilitate manufacturing operations.• Reviews rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from electrical design and mechanical engineers.• Computes and represents characteristic and dimensions of mechanical parts and enclosures.• Responsible for alterations of red lines and original drawings, maintaining accurate design and drawing package archives and revision history and current drawing packages.

• Detailing steel, such as beam, column, plates.• Detailing the output of steel from the tekla model.

• Monitoring all finish work in every unit on high rise building.• Encoding all daily finish work of contractors.• Operating AutoCAD, architectural plans of the proposed project

• Prepare foods requiring short preparation time• Read food order slip or receives verbal instructions as to food ordered by costumer and prepares cook food according to standard procedures.• Clean work area and food equipment.
