Involved in recruiting and sourcing roles for Tech (SDE, IT, Solution Architect) and Non – Tech roles. Full cycle recruitment process. Scheduling phone, video conference and final round interviews; working directly with candidates and Hiring Managers. Leveraging recruiting and HR systems to update candidate records, post jobs, pull reports, confirm new hires and more. Providing prompt follow up to candidates, including status updates via phone and email. Tracking and reporting on recruiting activities. Supporting arrangements for industry recruitment events Coordinating and scheduling post – interviews debrief meetings Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

· First point of contact for customers enquiries and complaints· Logging customers calls in the call management system. Escalating issues when necessary in a timely and efficient manner· Providing administrative support to the team· Offering guidance and support to customers while ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to· Identifying and responding to the needs of customers by resolving queries via appropriate medium and in line with agreed service levels/KPI.· Demonstrating an effective knowledge of the client’s products and services
