Member of Internal ISO lead auditors and to perform Internal audits within the organization. Suppliers/vendors Management and evaluation of their performance along with their PO & expense tracking .

Handling Country Display Projects accounts like IBM,HP, Lenovo, View Sonic, Wipro, ACER , AOC Brand and IT/Telecom Projects like UT Star ,Peek and Acer Desktop which involves Service Delivery achievements , C-SAT and Revenue Targets.Handling Spare Management group to directly interacts with OEM Suppliers like Wistron, Innolux, TPV, LG, BenQ , Qisda , Tatung , Techview, KTC, and Viewsonic which involves part planning for OEMs models. Responsible for Revenue and cost Targets.

Achieve the Service Delivery target for desktops and servers section. Handling the Service team of 12 Engineers and motivate them to achieve the goal.Handling escalations both technical and non-technical.

Attending walk-in customers.Servicing and maintenance of all Digital & Compaq laptops.Handling Escalations calls.Providing telephonic technical support to the customers.Arranging free Service Campus for the corporate customers. Servicing of computer system boards ,QC testing of Computer peripherals.

Servicing of computer devices like mouse, power- supplies, CDROM Drives, hard disks, floppy drives. and monitors.
