Egyptian Consultant Group (ECG).• Project Budget: 2.464 Billion EGP. PROJECT FACILITIES: • Main Passenger Terminal Building.• Electrical substations.• Roads.• Airplane Apron and Taxi-way.• Airport pavement Marking & Signage.• Infrastructure.• Landscape. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Study the project contract and the tender drawings.• Issuance of technical RFI’s and RFP’s and RFA’s to the Engineer.• Manage/Prepare Structural/Civil shop-drawings / designs and submit to the Engineer.• Assure that; the special airports pavement marking design/shop-drawings complies with international & local civil aviation codes. • Create lists of Materials (Structural /Arch.) based on drawings, Specifications and BOQ• Coordination between structural/civil department and other disciplines.• Review, comment & Assist QA/QC engineer in preparing Method statements.• Technical support for the other department (Site, QA/QC, QS, ...Etc.)• Prepare Structural/civil As-Built drawings and submit to the Engineer.

Supervision of the following national projects: 1- New Alamein towers.2- AASTM new Alamein Branch.3- Al-Alamein Old City.4- The Latin District in new Al-Alamein city.5- Alamein costal façade & Entertainment Area.Primary Responsibilities:* Study the project contract documents and drawings before construction.* Daily monitoring of review and approvals of contractor’s submittals* These submittals contained shop drawings, samples, materials, catalogues, technical data sheets and RFIs issued by the contractor for structural discipline.* Approve or reject contractor’s submittals according to contract drawings and specification.* Advise the site engineers to overcome special technical problems.* Assist the site technical office engineers, from point of view, to review and approval the professional contractor submittals.* Checking and commenting on material submittals.* Identifying any part of design which adversely affect the constructability or operability of the project and suggesting alternative approaches to the design process.
