Bachelor degree in Advertising from UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília and I currently work as an Influencer Marketing Specialist at HOFAN, a Chinese agency located in Shenzhen (China) that provides services to more than 100 Chinese companies, carrying out influence campaigns in the US market and other countries. I have skills in growth marketing, communication on social media and Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, one of the most popular and dynamic platforms at the moment, among others.At HOFAN, I am responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers, creators and streamers who are aligned with the brand's values and who have ideal engagement data for each campaign. I also analyze the performance of influencers to provide support and guidance to improve the quality and reputation of your content as well as the commercial performance of the products promoted. Additionally, I participate in the development and review of talent/influencer management policies and procedures using data insights. I collaborate with talents/influencers to create activities and events that further improve content production. My goal is to increase reach, visibility and conversion for HOFAN clients through creative and effective influencer marketing strategies. I believe that influencer marketing is a powerful tool for connecting and engaging target audiences with a brand, generating trust, loyalty and value.
