The role involved an intense program of client rehabilitation regarding extortion,financial fraud,phishing,smishing,vishing and other scam attempts.The role also involves track and monitor the bank's transactions and activity that comes through the customers' accounts.

This was one of the most interesting and monumental parts of my working career with investigates forgery and theft within customers' accounts and transactions on behalf of the bank.The role also involved tracking and monitoring the bank's transactions and activity that comes through the customers' accounts.

My responsibilities as a Credit Analyst include analyzing credit data and financial information of persons or companies that are applying for credit or loans to determine the risk that the bank, or other lending or credit-granting institution will not recoup funds loaned. The level of risk is then used to determine if a loan or line of credit will be granted, and if so, the terms of the loan, including interest rate.I also prepared reports based upon their findings to help make decisions on lending and credit-worthiness.

This role involved offering assistance to customer  to ensure they find the right product/service. Communicating with customer  by email, phone, and face-to-face. Investigating and solving customer  problems; some queries are simple, while others are more complicated but I ensure customers satisfaction with all my interactions.
