Implementation of the OPEN TEXT Enterprise Content Management, Implementation of SAP QA, Implementation of SKYPE platformo Infrastructure: WAN rollout due SAP implementation for the cluster, Mobile Telecommunication contract, OPIRAS project o Organization: Create an IT centralize organization to serve the cluster, Security Project manager, 1 Provimi Central Europe Stream leader for the IT streamo Continuous Total Cost Ownership reduction plan

• Management of the following projects (advisor, expertise, planning, resources, cost management, subcontractors management and supervision, support)o Base on corporate requirements of harmonization of the IT and Business Process creation of a kernel solution covering all departments (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and Logistics, Interfaces,…)for all the profit centers of PROVIMI using the ERP Microsoft Business Solution Dynamics Nav operating on a Microsoft SQL Server. Solutions built with international Key users coming for the different Business Branch of the Group and from different countries.o Rollout of the Kernel solution in the different profit center (already done Hungary, The Netherlands, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic.)o Rollout of the Data warehouse/Business Intelligence based on the product Qlickview (already done in Hungary 2 implementations for 4 plants, in The Netherlands 2 plants)o Advisor on IT and Process aspect for the New acquisition/new Plants regarding the implementation of business process• Support Manager of the Solution rollout using SLA management• Management of the department of 4 people

• Management of the following projects (advisor, expertise, planning, resources, cost management, subcontractor management and supervision, support…)o Microsoft Business NAV ERP installation in 7 different locations (Citrix technology and Microsoft SQL Server database)o LIMS ERP installation for the laboratory activity PROVILABo Data warehouse and Business intelligence (Microsoft Sql server and Cognos Products)o IT and Process implementation on the renovation of 2 Plants o Disaster Recovery plan (VMWARE solution and Double Take)o In charge of the development and support of the specific Customer tools (AMINOPRO,SYSTEOPRO,WINSOW)o LAN and WAN Network Construction • In charge of all IT studies for all the French sites • Purchasing management of IT equipments for all the French sites
