After selling the decoration titles to Hachette (now Hearst), her first goal was reorganising the company to go back to profit and growth. During these years, rebranded Hobby Press into Axel Springer España, increased the magazine technologic portfolio by finding new needs in the users (launched brands as Personal Computer & Internet, iCreate, Android Magazine...), entered in the car segment (Autobild, Autobild 4x4, Autobild Classic, Autobild Sportscar), explored and launched concepts in the kids area (Aprende y Juega con Pokemon, Charlie & Lola, eGirl), opened the digital business by launching different web concepts (autobild.es, computerhoy.com, hobbyconsolas.com), apps and digital editions of all the brands, segment where ASE became in 2012 number 2 player. From 2009, besides losing turnover at a high speed, ASE avoid entering into loses because of a careful cost control strategy. From 2011 I was heavily involved in looking for targets to be bought and in transforming the culture and business model of the company in Spain by helping employees in leading the change and participating actively in the transformation.
