The app is anticipated to be used in approximately 170 childcare facilities nationwide, with the aim of enhancing communication with parents.Project:TOPOS Rock Climbing App(Jul 2023 - )Assisting in the management of the development of the TOPOS app tailored for rock climbers. The app facilitates the sale of TOPOs, browsing of climbing spots, recording of climbing activities, and includes social features to foster a climbing community.- Streamlined communication with dispersed development team members, including clients and engineers from other companies. - Managed specification adjustments, project progress tracking, and task organization.- Designed RESTful APIs enabling efficient data sharing and system integration. - Leveraged Swagger to review and validate APIs created by team members, enhancing development efficiency and ensuring the implementation of high-quality APIs.- Utilized Visual Studio Code for project development, enabling efficient code editing and debugging, thereby effectively managing project progress.Project:Motion Gallery Crowdfunding Web App(Jul 2023 - )Currently involved in the maintenance and enhancement of a web app for crowdfunding.- When receiving modification requests or bug reports from clients, coordinate with the appropriate personnel for the task and conduct progress management. Upon completion of the task, coordinate schedules for production deployment following client confirmation.- Ensuring prompt and appropriate responses to expectations and requests.- Manage the project budget and engineering resources, and coming up with solutions to ensure it remains within budget.- Refactoring the app to enhance maintainability. I have been actively involved in creating and executing test cases as well as bug-fixing during the refactoring process.
