- Successfully designed and implemented an extensible"System Health" data balancing solution according to management requirements. This solution was used daily to detect a variety of potential system issues. The implementation ultimately involved the use of ASP.NET Core client with a self-hosted WCF micro-services back-end that was connected to multiple SQL Databases via ADO.NET. NInject was integrated to allow dynamic customization and extension of the resource access layer. iDesign architectural method guidelines were used.- Analyzed reported production issues backlog daily as assigned. - Routinely created production corrective action SQL scripts - Created adhoc data services reports using Excel power query- Migrated production applications to modern OS versions when needed.- Provided initial release client application configuration support.- Developed and enhanced custom SSRS reports when assigned.- Enhanced DB (SQL and Tables), C#, and Visual Basic code for both legacy and current systems when assigned.- Cooperated with other Agile development teams per assigned tasks; including but not limited to production issue hand-off for team support.

I worked under a pure short term contract at Eaton Electrical (via the Bartech Group) to enhance a .Net Windows Forms client application that controls and updates the latest Eaton UPS products; for use by the product field service technicians. The application connects via a serial connection directly to the UPS product. The project has a C# code base developed in a VS2015 and TFS development environment. I also enhanced Eaton's version of the Support Incident Tracker (Sit) open source web application. This web application is built using the LAMP stack.

- Continued primary role as Lead Software Developer on same team as with Stella Nova Technologies (@70% of man hours) including: - Enhanced promotional pricing (Deal) engine and other key features of MRF. - Resolved escalated defect reports from local and offshore teams- Provided software architecture decision support (@20% of man hours); including architectural education to customers and shareholders that accounts for the Software Architect title. - Created skeleton service and data contracts for WCF microservices as part of the Mobile Retail Framework (MRF) project. - Assumed Marketing Liason role (10% of man hours) to support product, technical, and strategic questions concerning the marketing of MRF.
