Responsible for managing the successful delivery of the whole of the proposed change, co-ordination of the programme's projects, and management of their inter-dependencies.

Clean Shores, Great Lakes project, is a collaborative effort between NORCE Norwegian Research Center, University of Dar es Salaam, Arena Recycling and Environmental Management, and Economic Development Organization. The two-year project, funded by Norwegian Plastics Retailers "Handelens Miljofond," aims to reduce litter, particularly plastics, in the African Great Lakes region (Lake Victoria, Tanganyika, and Nyasa) by raising awareness among local populations, promoting a circular economy, and encouraging citizen science.

Leads the data collection team, guiding the data-oriented activities within the organization.Collaborates with other contributors to the project to ensure that data quality is maintained and enhanced across disparate data sources.Assisting the project coordinator with the development of any data-oriented guidance.Lead operates, supports, and evolves existing legacy data sources. Collaborates with delivery teams, ideally as a member of those teams, to ensure that data sources are developed and evolved in a quality manner.
