I am Laman Mammadli, an alumna of Middle East Technical University with a degree in Economics. My academic journey has been complemented by diverse experiences that reflect my passion for fostering human connections and cultural understanding. As a former host student at the International Students Office and now a mentor, I have dedicated myself to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals navigating the challenges of academic life.In addition to my role in student support, I served as a volunteer translator from English to Azerbaijani for Khan Academy Azerbaijani and as a Student Assistant at my faculty, contributing to educational initiatives that empower learners in their pursuit of knowledge.My commitment to embracing diverse perspectives led me to participate in the Erasmus Student Exchange Program at Paderborn University, Germany, where I further enriched my cultural awareness and appreciation for global collaboration.Currently, as a Feasibility Specialist & FMVA at SOCAR Türkiye, my vision extends beyond operational efficiency. I am driven by a person-oriented approach, aiming to cultivate a workplace culture that values each individual's unique strengths and contributions.
