Service Operation Center Department• Responsible for management, configuration, optimization and fault-free operation of the main NMS and EMS systems and their subordinates.• Lead and support the subordinated team primary responsible for the fault-free operation and maintenance of NMS/EMS systems.• To integrate products from different vendors, handling of product upgrades, product acceptance testing, onsite services for problem resolution including escalation of problems to various levels.• To prepare the NMS/EMS systems internal procedures and documentation and to check and comment vendor specific procedures.• To analyze requirements document, finding gaps with respect to relevant industry standards, i.e. specifications, design, development and maintenance of hardware and OS/DB/Application software for NMS/EMS elements.• To provide a proper access of the final users to the NMS/EMS systems and associated NE elements.• To lead and support the team of NMS systems operations engineers in daily task and activities related to normal operation, configuration and maintenance of the NMS / EMS systems and elements. • Takes leading participation in all activities for achieving corporate plans and targets.
